This person was born on the 21 st March 1962 in New York. He was brought up in New York by his parents and he was a very keen athlete from a young age but due to a serious knee injury he had to give it up and he ended up studying acting at the upper crust Walden School. His first acting debut was on stage at the age of 17 when he starred in the play “On Valentines Day”. Then at the age of 21 he got his first major film role as Michael McPhee in the film Max Dugan Returns.

Even though he was still only young his movie career was taking off in a big way starring as characters such as David Lightman - War Games, Jimmy Garrett - Project X & Eugene Morris Jerome- Biloxi Blues.

By the late 80's his movie career was flourishing as he starred in roles such as Adam McMullen - Family Business, Clark Kellogg - The Freshman, Bill Campbell - Out On A Limb & Sam Lester - The Night We Never Met.

He then started to put his life back on track firstly he got married & had a child with his very famous wife then he threw himself into his work as he starred as characters such as Steven M Kovacs - The Cable Guy, Sam - Addicted To Love, Walter Kresby - The Stepford Wives & Leo Bloom - The Producers. He has also starred in an episode of Fraiser and he also supplied the voice for adult Simba in the Disney Smash “The Lion King ”.

The movie roles that he is most remembered for is firstly as the High School Truant Ferris Bueller then as the multi tasking Inspector Gadget . And finally he played the character Doctor Niko Tatopoulos in the movie where he starred alongside a big green lizard he is of course:-
